Additional Terms and Disclosures
This document is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions of www.fitforeverygame.com and forms part of the binding agreement between Fit For Every Game Limited ("the Owner") and Users. It is organized into three parts: regulatory disclosures and tax arrangements (Part A), terms applicable to post-purchase offers (Part B), and terms applicable to cohort-based programmes such as the Master Planning Programme (Part C).
Part A — Regulatory Disclosures and Cross-Border Taxation

A.2 Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Registrations
The Owner is registered under Extended Producer Responsibility schemes in the jurisdictions listed below, covering packaging and/or paper products placed on the market in those countries.
A.2.1 France — Household Packaging and Graphic Papers (Citeo / ADEME)
The Owner is registered with Citeo, acting on behalf of ADEME, for compliance with French Extended Producer Responsibility requirements applicable to household packaging and graphic papers.

A.3 VAT and Cross-Border Taxation
A.3.1 EU Value Added Tax on Digital Services (Non-Union OSS)
For digital services supplied to Consumers in the European Union — including but not limited to the Foundation Course, Master Planning Programme, and benchmark reports — prices include VAT, charged and remitted via the EU Non-Union One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme at the rate applicable in the Consumer's country of residence, in accordance with EU VAT rules applicable to digital services supplied by a business established outside the EU.
The Non-Union OSS scheme applies to digital services only and does not cover physical goods. VAT treatment of physical goods sold to EU Consumers is addressed in Section A.3.2 below.
A.3.2 VAT and Import Duties on Physical Goods
VAT and customs treatment of physical goods shipped to Consumers in the European Union is handled in accordance with the Owner's EU VAT registration and fulfilment arrangements, which may vary as those arrangements are established and updated.
Depending on the destination country, the User may be responsible for import duties, customs clearance fees, or import VAT not collected at the time of checkout. The Owner recommends that Users consult their local customs authority for guidance on any import charges that may apply to their order prior to purchase.
A.3.3 UK VAT
Prices displayed to Consumers in the United Kingdom include VAT at the applicable UK rate, where the Owner is required to charge VAT under UK law.
Part B — Post-Purchase Offers
B.1 Nature of Post-Purchase Offers
Following submission of an order, and before the User receives final order confirmation, the User may be presented with one or more additional product offers through a post-purchase checkout extension operated by a third-party provider (currently Upsell.com).
These offers are separate and optional. Declining a post-purchase offer has no effect on the User's original order, which remains unchanged and is processed as submitted.
B.2 Effect of Accepting a Post-Purchase Offer
If a User accepts a post-purchase offer, this constitutes a separate, additional order for the offered Product. That additional order is subject to these Terms — including the applicable purchasing process, pricing, delivery, and withdrawal provisions for the relevant Product type (physical goods, digital content, or services) — in the same manner as the User's original order.
B.3 Availability and Pricing
Specific post-purchase offers, their eligibility criteria, and their pricing are determined at the Owner's sole discretion and are displayed to the User at the time the offer is presented. The availability of any given post-purchase offer is not guaranteed and may vary between orders.
Part C — Programme and Enrollment Terms
This Part applies to cohort-based programmes offered by the Owner, including but not limited to the Master Planning Programme (MPP).
C.1 Cohort Structure
Cohort-based programmes are delivered according to a defined schedule — including a fixed start date and a set sequence of sessions (for example, weekly sessions over a defined number of weeks) — as specified on this Website or communicated to the User at the time of enrollment.
C.2 Missed Sessions
If an enrolled User is unable to attend a scheduled live session, this does not, by itself, entitle the User to a refund or to a mandatory rescheduled session. Where reasonably practicable, the Owner may make session recordings or supplementary materials available to enrolled Users, at the Owner's discretion.
C.3 Cohort Rescheduling and Cancellation
The Owner reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a cohort's start date, session schedule, or individual sessions within a cohort, including where a minimum enrollment threshold for that cohort is not met.
Cancellation of an entire cohort. If the Owner cancels an entire cohort in which a User is enrolled before it begins, or discontinues it in full, the Owner will offer the affected User a choice between: (a) transfer to a future cohort of the same programme, or (b) a full refund of the amount paid for that programme.
Cancellation of part of a cohort. If the Owner cancels or is unable to deliver only part of a cohort already underway (for example, one or more individual sessions), the Owner will offer the affected User a choice between: (a) rescheduling of the affected session(s), or (b) a refund in proportion to the part of the programme that was not delivered.
This Section does not limit any statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights the User may separately hold under the Terms and Conditions.
